Keep children home, and contact your school nurse, if they have:

- Sore throat and swollen glands: If your child has strep throat, they can to return to school after 24 hours of appropriate treatment.
- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
- Skin rash or open sores
- Pain or swelling of any kind
- Cough, chills or runny nose: pay attention to if the child has been in close contact with someone who had COVID-19.
- Earaches or extreme headaches
